Refunds & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your claim falls outside of the 30-day period, we’ll still do our best to assist. Please give us a call on 1300 907 107 to discuss your options. You can always contact us for any return question at info@bioweed.com.au.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your order amount, not including postage, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Privacy Policy
At Greenpro Solutions (GPS), we are dedicated to keeping your details private.
All transfer of your payment information, including credit card handling, is done through a secure server using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This allows your browser to encode any data it sends to our server, so that even if someone intercepted your information as it traveled across the Internet they wouldn’t be able to read it.
Credit card details are secured by a 128bit SSL certificate and completed via secure and encrypted NAB Transact. GPS don’t store or see any payment details.
The information we collect is kept strictly secure. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
We use cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from this site only last while you are browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
